Neesa von Roper is the sweetest 16 month old shepherd you could meet.

She is all love and affection. Neesa loves all people, but seems to really like men. She dutifully follows her Foster Dad all over the house or yard, just wanting to be in the same place he is, and will do the same with her Foster Mom too if Dad's not available. She is ready to cuddle if you want her to, but is just as happy laying at your feet. Neesa is house trained and will take herself outside to go potty. She is great with other dogs but would also be fine as an only dog; she really cares mostly about the company of her humans, but is happy to be in the company of other dogs as well. She needs to gain some weight to look her best, but will really make a wonderful companion to a very lucky adopter. She needs to work on her basic commands a bit, but is already learning them quickly and is so eager to please. We really can't say enough nice things about this happy girl
